Mrlucky99 is more than just a name — it's our commitment to Malaysian players who deserve the best gaming experience, on a platform that is safe, fair, and enjoyable.
Mrlucky99 exists for one simple reason: Malaysian players deserve better. For years, many players had to put up with overseas platforms that didn't understand local needs — unfamiliar languages, complicated payment methods, slow customer support, and unfriendly interfaces. mrlucky99 is here to change all that.
We built a platform genuinely designed with the Malaysian player in mind from day one. This is not simply a Bahasa Malaysia translation layered over a foreign platform — it is an experience built from the ground up to suit the way Malaysian players game, pay and interact with an online casino.
From an extensive game selection to a payment system supporting DuitNow, FPX and local e-wallets like Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay and Boost — every decision we make is to simplify our players' journey. We never want a player to be held back by complicated processes just to enjoy their favourite games.
Today, mrlucky99 is among the fastest-growing online casino platforms in Malaysia, with tens of thousands of active members who trust us for their daily gaming sessions. That trust is never taken lightly — every day we work hard to maintain it and keep improving.
Our founding team, made up of technology experts and casino gaming enthusiasts, began building a vision for a platform that truly understands the Malaysian market.
The first version of mrlucky99 launched with a focus on slots and core casino games. The early response from Malaysian players exceeded our expectations.
We added a Live Casino section with real dealers and Sports Betting covering more than 30 sports. Active member numbers doubled during this period.
Mrlucky99 now offers slots, Live Casino, sports betting, bingo, an exclusive VIP program, and a mobile app for Android and iOS — all under one account.
We do not simply offer games — we build a complete ecosystem that looks after players from the moment they register through to every withdrawal.
256-bit SSL encryption protects all your personal data and financial transactions. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is also available for added account login security.
All transactions in Malaysian Ringgit with no currency conversion fees. Supports DuitNow, FPX, TNG eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and local bank transfers.
From the latest video slots, Live Casino with real dealers, Sports Betting across 30+ sports, community bingo to interactive gameshow titles — it's all here.
The mrlucky99 app is free to download for Android and iOS. Optimised for Malaysia's 4G connections, with Face ID / Touch ID login and real-time notifications.
Our Bahasa Malaysia-speaking support team is available at all times via live chat within the platform. No opening hours, no closing time — we are here whenever you need us.
A tiered VIP system with ever-growing benefits — exclusive deposit bonuses, access to dedicated game rooms, higher cashback, and personal account management.
Behind every game, every platform feature and every decision we make, there is a greater purpose we are pursuing.
To be Malaysia's number one online casino platform — the most trusted, most integrated and most attuned to local players' needs — delivering an unmatched gaming experience.
To provide a safe, fair and enjoyable platform for Malaysian players — with Bahasa Malaysia service, local payment options and round-the-clock support that truly understands its users.
Transparency in everything we do. Security we never compromise on. A commitment to the player experience that we improve every single day.
Casino games are entertainment — and like all forms of entertainment, they should be enjoyed in a healthy and responsible way. At mrlucky99, we don't just focus on growing our player numbers. We care more about making sure every player with us is gaming in a way that doesn't harm them or the people around them.
We provide several tools that players can use to manage their gaming habits. Daily and weekly deposit limits can be set by players themselves in their account settings. The self-exclusion break function allows players to temporarily pause account access for a chosen period. For players who need more serious support, the full self-exclusion option remains available.
Our team is also trained to identify signs of problem gaming and will reach out to players displaying at-risk patterns to offer support and appropriate help resources.
Mrlucky99 only partners with game and service providers whose quality and reliability have been proven on the international stage.
If you ask a long-time mrlucky99 player why they keep coming back, the most common answer you will hear is "because it's easy and trustworthy". Those two things sound simple to achieve but are actually hard to maintain consistently.
Convenience at mrlucky99 means you can register, deposit, play and withdraw your wins without facing unnecessary steps or processes that take days. The payment methods we offer are ones Malaysian players already use in their daily lives. No extra steps, no currency conversion, no confusion.
Reliability is something we have built over the years through actions, not just words. When mrlucky99 players win, they get their money. When there is an issue, our customer support genuinely helps — not just sends automated responses. When there are updates or system changes, we inform players in advance.
That is what sets mrlucky99 apart. Not the biggest, not the most glamorous — but a platform that truly understands Malaysian players and constantly works to make their experience better than the day before.
